A client of mine is going through a difficult time right now; facing a divorce, losing the family home and structure, and dealing with illness. At times, she has felt like her whole life has callapsed and doesn't understand why it has all happened. However, she is also a very enlightened spirit, so at the same time she knows there is a spirtual reason behind it all. She has been working hard to look within and try to deal with her pain, cry out her tears, and process through it all. This past weekend she sent me an email about a message she received in a meditation about letting go of her criticism and judgment, and warmly allowed me to share it with you.
Balloons
As you move through this journey you are on,
many demons and limitations within are being released, acknowledged, and set free.
Allow the negative vibrations to rise to the surface and then release them in to the air, like helium balloons that float up over your head and out into space.
The vibrations are nothing more than the balloons that are trying to escape your grasp.
Give them no mind, no attention, but let them float up and out and be done with them.
Then allow the love and peace of Jesus to fill you with yet another vibration –
one that will help to make you feel better and lead to love and happiness.
Your natural state is one of love and happiness – so return to that.
Allow your natural state to have freedom of expression in all that you do.
Let the balloons go – let them float away –
they have no power over you, only the power you give them.
Turn instead to your natural state of love and happiness, and dwell there.
There you will find your home.
