I like to describe it like this, a life coach helps you move forward in your life and take action based on your desires.
While a Spiritual Life Coach helps you with that same forward movement, AND is open to Spirit guiding the journey while simultaneously helping you step into your ideal relationship with God, the Universe or your higher power.
Many people seeking out a life coach are looking for change. And change is a combination of looking at what is not working and creating the space for what will work to come through. What a lot of people seem to miss is that in order to call in the new, you need to get rid of the old.
For instance, you wouldn't order a whole new house of furniture without getting rid of the old first, or there would be no place to put all the new pieces.
In traditional therapy, they are trained to help you find the blocks, but for most that is where the awareness then stops. And people will seek out coaches at that point to move forward.
I can't tell you how many clients I have had over the years express, "I know I have 'this' problem, what the heck can I do about it now."
What I have found, however, is that for true change to occur, there is a need for a simple yet brilliant combination. This is a blend of addressing your blocks, releasing that old energy and creating space for new growth. When done properly you can have a complete and total life transformation.
So a Spiritual Life Coach does just that. They help you find what has been blocking you, show you how to release that energy and then hold the space for you to move forward with action right into your intentions.
That is what I teach my Coaches in training how to do. I teach them how to move their clients through my 4 R's Method of Recognize, Release, Reprogram, Radiate. This is the journey of how I have taken people from wounded to freedom by traveling through these four phases.
